We have purchased, renovated and sold a few properties of our own. Projects that we took much pride in completing. During this process, we built relationships with contractors for the trades involved in renovating properties.

We also helped clients with home renovations so they could turn places into something awesome.

This was a client's home that we managed the entire renovating process prior to selling it.

This property received a new kitchen, flooring, painting, bathroom, landscaping and a swimming pool.

We worked closely with the Historic Department for a full renovation and restoration of this home.
