Tips on Renting

  • Most landlords are going to expect first, last and security upfront

  • Be ahead of the process and get your tenant screening and background check in hand before viewing properties. Click link to start application and screening. https://apply.link/3zEXVAG

  • Remember this is not your house, so it is not advised to paint a bunch of wall and definitely do not alter anything that can't be undone. Landlords will expect their house to be in the original state when your lease is up.

  • First thing you should do when you move in is TAKE PICTURES. Go around the property and take pictures of any current damage and send to landlord so you are not responsible for it when your lease is up.
